Can you get a collapsed vein from donating double red cells? If much of my arm is bruised is it serious?

I donated double red cells 3 days ago but they were having complications. They couldn't get the needle to keep the blood flowing regularly then I didn't get half of my plasma back from complications. An hour later I came close to ping out. My arm was very tender and bruised and yesterday, 2 days after, I almost ped out again, and the bruise has increased maybe 2-3 inches bigger and I keep getting these dizzy, lightheaded, headache spells that come spontaneously. I have never donated before, so I don't know if it's serious or not. I never get to the point where I am on the verge of ping out and it's happened twice no in 3 days.
