when are the chicago bears and new england patriots stop being so cheap. samuel sees Nate Clements get 80 Mil. and briggs sees joey porter get like 30 or 40 mil. but they put the franchis tag on them when are they gonna stop being cheap. the salary cap is so high u can give these two big contracts or let them go to free agency.
