Unfair Punishment???

At school we had some free time on the computers and I went to a proxy web site to get to Myspace to check my mail and I got caught and got 3 days ISS and banned from computers for the rest of the year ? Harsh much, I mean its judt a proxy web site and nothing bad on the sites I went to.
