You may want to call around to a few detailing places and ask if they have an ozone machine. If they do ,set up an appointment with them and expect you leave your car for the better part of the day. This machine will remove all smells by bombarding the interior with ozone which kills everything. Just make sure you have the rear seat folded down so the ozone can easily get to that area.
