Who is trying to bring down Max Mosely?

I think it's people hired by Ecclestone. They claim Bernie warned Max but I still think it could be Ecclestone playing a double game. There's a power struggle between the FIA (Max) and FOM (Bernie). FOM wants to make more profit while the FIA wants to keep the traditional stuff and also give a bigger share of the profit to the teams (trying to help small teams). But they are also asking for bigger amounts of money for licenses, entry fees, etc.
