How Did Sarah Ferguson's Mother Die?

Susan Barrantes, mother of Sarah, Duchess of York (Sarah Ferguson), was decapitated. On September 19, 1998, while leaving to purchase steak from the ranch where she kept ponies, the Rover 75 she was driving collided with a Renault catering truck on a two-lane highway in flat countryside. She was decapitated.
