English Speech q, half way through im stuck please help 10points. :)?

It had to be a movie title to be used as a lift off for the speech so I chose war and peace, so far ive wrote Have you woundered what the world would be like without war? but with peace, We live in a world full of war,violence,cancer, HIV and other evil things but yet we still continue to hate things & dissrespect them. Every 8 seconds a baby is born HIV positive isn't that scary? Countries fight over Oi, & who owns this and who owns that. i'm really stuck from there & the speech must be 2 mins long?? :(
