Legal Doent istant / Paralegal?

I understand that an LDA "Legal Doent istant" or Paralegal has many rules to go by so they don't unlawfully practice law or portray it as they do, but my question is... If I have an independent practice with a few LDA's, all registered and bonded for the county they work in, would it be legal for me to name the practice "ABC Legal Group." I would still have all the disclosures that say we are not a law firm and we do not give legal advise and so on, but just for naming the business, would "ABC Legal Group, or XYZ Legal Group" be ok to have? Please educate me.
