OMG really bad graze??? Please help!!?

Okay, calm down, love. The reason it hurts so badly is because you've scd the skin, and there are tons of nerve endings there. The first thing you need to do is take some Tylenol, Advil, Ibuprofen...some kind of anti-inflammatory. That should help with the pain. Also, they make first-aid creams with an extra ingredient in them to help numb the pain. The main thing is to KEEP IT CLEAN. Make sure and wash it twice a day with antibacterial soap. Don't put lotions, body sprays, etc on it. There's no need to keep it covered, unless you need a barrier between your clothes and the wound for comfort reasons. Good luck, and I hope this helps!
