Tints [Jersey ONLY]?

Just need a guide. I got my tints done in 2004 to my car. I'll be moving to San Diego, CA [hopefully sometime before this year is out] and I see that they don't allow tints on the front windows, but is fine in the back windows. My problem is I'll be moving soon and would like to have my front window tints removed. The guy that originally did my tints is no longer in the location I have found him before. So I need help finding where these tint people are so I can get my front tints taken off. Next year I have my 1st car inspection so I KNOW I will not p inspection with my front windows still tinted. Would try to do take them off myself, but don't want to scratch up my windows. Is there someone in Newark, Irvington, Elizabeth, East Orange, that someone could direct me to? Giving an address would be helpful as well. PLEASE HELP!! Thank you for your time.
