What is the optical reflection efficiency (in the visual spectrum) of household aluminum foil, on average?

Reflection quality isn't all that important... tering is ok. I just want to know how much light might happen to p through and how much gets converted to heat. Data on the infrared and ultraviolet spectrums would be nice but not really required.
