How do i create embed codes for flv films on my website?

Hello. I want to allow visitors to my website (www.eq-mag.co.uk) to embed our films in their websites. So I'm looking for a way to create embed codes (much like those provided on youtube) that we can include on our pages which hold films. Our movie films are .flv files. Any help hugely appreciated.
