Should I believe Aaron Russo's "America: From freedom to fascism"?

I'm always a skeptic, but with the points and arguements and possible consequences considered in his doentary, they are so damn hard to ignore and refute as false. Nowadays, I don't even know who to trust anymore. What if Mr. Russo is part of the conspiracy too? What if he's just part of a whole other conspiracy, and he's creating this mob frenzy for his own personal agenda? I don't want to wait until it's too late to find out he was right all along and have my entire life screwed over.
